Description
Muriel's is an historic restaurant in the French Quarter. The second floor Inner S�ance lounge is said to be haunted by the ghost of Pierre Antoine Lepardi Jourdan, who bought and rebuilt the property following the 1788 fire. A heavy gambler, Jourdan wagered and lost the house in a poker game in 1814. Before he had to vacate, however, he committed suicide on the second floor where the Seance lounges are situated today.
