Mr. Skeleton and Mr. Scarecrow and A Red Tractor.

This tractor is a permanent feature in a rural neighborhood in Orange County, CA. The "dummy" changes it's outfit according to the season, including a bright yellow rain jacket in stormy weather, and a pumpkin man during Halloween. This time, a Skeleton (Mr. Bones) sits on the tractor, and a Scarecrow stands guard at the front fence.

McCormick Tractors International was formed by ARGO in 1985. FIAT purchased Case-International and was required to sell the former International Harvester factory in Doncaster, England. ARGO assumed production of the product line and use of the historic McCormick name.

A tractor is an engineering vehicle specifically designed to deliver at a high tractive effort at slow speeds, for the purposes of hauling a trailer or machinery used in agriculture or construction. Most commonly, the term is used to describe a farm vehicle that provides the power and traction to mechanize agricultural tasks, especially (and originally) tillage, but nowadays a great variety of tasks. Agricultural implements may be towed behind or mounted on the tractor, and the tractor may also provide a source of power if the implement is mechanized.
