Description
Maison is located on the world famous Frenchmen Street in the French Quarter of New Orleans Louisiana. We caught this band at Maison's while attending the New Orleans French Quarter Festival. It Is held annually every April. The band in the photo is called "The Function". While Jazz is most likely what you will encounter throughout the festival all types of music is featured. In French the meaning of Maison is home, domicile or dwelling. Food is secondary to the music but at Maisons you will enjoy some great Cajun dishes.
