A stuffed toy bear is a typical gift among people who have a generally loving relationship, although they are also given among friends.
In this case, it is a toy made by the mothers of children with cancer to sell them and obtain much needed resources.
I was fortunate to be invited to a photo exhibition / sale for the same purpose, and this was the result.
