I came across this statue at a local cemetery. I really like spending time at cemetery's and taking a moment to remember those who have gone before me. Some I may have known and some I have never met. At Christmas, I like to buy a bunch of wreaths and lay them at a old local historical cemetery in honor of Unknown Soldiers and then I put some on very old tombstones that I know no one comes to visit. Some of the statues and markings are truly beautiful.
