Looming Future is dominated by the monolithic forms occupying the background. Ancient buildings run along the bottom of the image and contrasts its baroque details with the geometric simplicity with the skyscrapers in the background. The compositional weight of the skyscrapers loom over the old building with a feeling of movement, as if the stark background is about to move over the older buildings. A Godzilla approaches.
