Even in the darkness there is light. I have been honored to see some of the most beautiful night butterflies, more beautiful moths than I ever could have imagined. Even though this painting is more of a metaphor and not an actual representation of any of the beautiful moths I have seen, it is created in honor of these winged creatures and also as a reminder to not get too heavy and serious about anything.
