"Letting Go"
A surrealist digital soft pastel painting on a textured paper canvas, of a person who has obviously decided to just let go of the rope, serenely falling into a bank of billowing blue and purple clouds. This introspective piece has significant meaning for me on a wide range of levels, and I consider it my own little personal masterpiece. I'm going to keep my thoughts to myself though, and because this work can be interpreted in a myriad of ways from dark to light, let the viewer's own imagination do all the work for them and let them interject their own meaning.
