Description
Two kitesurfers taking advantage of a windy spring day on Lac Saint Louis in Dorval, Quebec, Canada. Kitesurfing (also known as kiteboarding) involves a board which is attached to your feet and a sail to which the kitesurfer is harnessed that is used like a parachute. Windsurfing involves a sail which is attached to a surfboard. There is no harness; instead, you glide across the water on the surfboard. In parasailing, you are attached by a harness to a boat and a parachute-like parasail and are dragged behind the boat up in the air.
