Description
Willows are one of nature's wonders. They scratch out a living in some really scruffy locations. And when big storms hit, they create what at a glance appears to be chaos. But if you spend some time with a seeming mess, a wonderfully sophisticated composition might appear. For me this occurred in this swale nearby my home in southern Ontario. I have returned to it in different weather and light and the magic is still there. Move ten feet left or right in any weather and the magic is gone. It would take too many words to describe why the composition works. I will instead let this sweet jumble speak for itself.
