My Aunt and my Mom (waving) have their faces covered against bitter cold. They will shovel to the edges of this large pond and then skate the night away with friends, food and fires all helping them frolic. This spot is far from the cabin. A lot of energy goes into this brand of fun. The property is 300 acres called "The Cedars" since that is what most of the trees are. I think my mom looks beautiful and strong here.
