This photo of Loch Garry at Lochaber was taken whilst visiting Glen Nevis and the Grampian mountain country in Scotland near Fort William during the spring to summer months, note the fresh new leaves on the pine tops at front of picture. This is an amazing view from the viewpoint of the A87 and the most remarkable thing about this famous view is that it closely resembles the map of Scotland...I caught the turbulent currents of the Loch that day probably due to the snow thawing on the Peaks causing the water to rise and I love the results and the clouds in the sky over the mountains are absolutely beautiful, the weather was moody and changeable, adding to the atmosphere of this photograph...my most popular of all my landscapes also this is the very first picture I ever put on here on FAA for sale, looks great on all surfaces and accessories
