This my friend is a common Tansy or Tanacetum vulgare. The reason I know this is because they resemble a plant called Yarrow, which is medicinal in nature. In my studies, the common Tanzy has some medicinal properties also, however, a 1/2 ounce of its oils can kill in 2 to 4 hours.
