Built in 1860 and recently refurbished, Geiger's Covered Bridge provides passage over Jordan Creek in North Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania. Old Packhouse Road carries visitors through the Trexler Nature Preserve along a beautiful scenic route. The fall colors create a vibrant landscape, playing background to this historic covered bridge. Despite appearances, this image was captured with a drone about 12 feet off of the ground to capture a more street level shot of the bridge and to incorporate the fall leaves into the composition more thoroughly.
