In Louisiana there seems to be Fleur de Lis everywhere. One day I watched the rain bounce off a large Fleur de Lis that was in the center of a bird bath. That was the inspiration for this image.
The Fleur de Lis is often referred to by Catholics as The Lily Of The Virgin. That title for the Fleur de Lis inspired my choice of colors.
