Description

The Punta Gorda, Florida, Chamber of Commerce is housed in a historic old home built in the 1800s and relocated to its current location near Charlotte Harbor. Many of the rooms are decorated with antiques from that period. In the study this display is arranged as if waiting for the owner of the glasses to return to finish reading this book. In this digital painting, I have applied a watercolor application to my original photograph for a more painterly effect. This is a still life titled "First Edition" by Sharon Eng.

I am an exhibiting artist in southwest Florida and my art has been exhibited in galleries in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina and is in collections nationwide. I create abstract photography, mixed media photo painting, acrylic mixed media, and acrylic paintings. Many would make great decorative throw pillows or shower curtains.
