Title
Csx 9029 Locomotive At Locust Point
Artist
Bill Swartwout
Medium
Photograph - Color Photographs
Description
CSX 9029, a CSX Transportation (CSXT) GE C40-9W (Dash 9-40CW) head up a long train preparing to depart from the Locust Point Rail Yard in South Baltimore, Maryland. Yes, this is a "real" engine despite the fact that the enhanced "bokeh" depth of field manipulation makes it appear as a model railroad layout might be photographed.
This was photographed from the Fort Avenue bridge where it crosses the multiple tracks of the railroad yard. This is located just west of Fort McHenry.
Whether you are a railfan or a model railroad hobbyist, wouldn't you like a photo of this locomotive to display in your home or office? Where would you put it?

Thank you, David. I understand the "power pack" in this model delivers 4,000 horsepower.
