Supposedly the oldest covered bridge still in use for pedestrians in Tennessee. Located in Carter County, Elizabethton Tennessee. The white clapboard bridge was built in 1882 and spans the river at 134 feet long.
It is the premier feature of the city park that also hosts live music, festivals, and an annual celebration that occurs every September with music, vendors kid's activities and fireworks.
