Description
This painting is nostalgic for me. I was driving with my daughter from Durham Region Canada, to Bethel Maine, for a week together. I would sketch and take photos and she would hike and have fun.
This route is familiar to me as I love to go to Maine to paint. There are wonderful farms and fields as one drives through New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
On this day, this heifer was watching us and I stopped to take a picture of her...and named her cow.
