Description
I am not really in the know of spectrums except that blue and green shades are supposed to be calming and red shades are not so. I, personally, am of the believe that if you like it then it is good for your soul.
Sometimes I like brighter shades and they certainly do perk me up but then there are times when I much prefer the less in your face colors. Mostly at the end of the day. Maybe that is why I always like to paint my bedroom in those soothing colors. Makes me sleep more relaxed.
