I love this tiny historic fishing town, McClellanville, South Carolina along the inland coastal waterway in the Francis Marion National Forest...a seaside respite away from the high rises, hotels and other vestiges of the modern world. Here there is a peacefulness that replenishes the soul...that makes you want to step back in time and stay awhile. This tiny seaside harbor in the Francis Marion National Forest just north of Charleston is a world away. I keep coming back trying to capture my fondness of this scenic village, using my photography, so you can feel the emotions too.
