Ben Hogan Swing Energy
Hanne Lore Koehler
Painting - Oil On Canvas + Digital
I added a blue graphic vector design to update and energize these images, bringing some nostalgia into the future.
Please note: You can cut these images apart to frame separately as art prints but if you want separate canvas prints on three separate stretcher frames, you will have to order each individual image as a canvas print (also in this gallery). If you order this item as a canvas print here, you will get all three images on one canvas as shown.
This oil on canvas original triptych painting was commissioned by my New York NY client who lives on a golf course. As requested by my client, the painting is based on the famous Ben Hogan swing series photographed by Yale Joel in 1955. He requested that the three paintings be in grey scale black and white which now hang on a feature wall in his penthouse.
Each original oil painting in this triptych is 30" wide x 40" high. All three oil paintings in this triptych stretch a total of about 9 ft. (with the spaces in between). Each painting in the triptych can be ordered separately in many sizes. I have licensed the use of the Yale Joel photos from Getty Images to use as reference for my paintings. To order these images separately or at a larger size, please visit the individual images (also in this gallery).
Thank you to the hosts of the following groups for the honor of featuring my painting! I appreciate your kind support and promotion!
