Description
Our country has fallen into some harsh times, due to Donald Trump, who saw fit to play games, lie, cheat, and incite riots. Others see a man who will bring the change they have longed for, a shaking up of our country which has been so complacent. He fooled all of his QAnon, conspiracy laden followers, and pulled the puppet strings in all they thought and did. All people of the USA must focus now on change with our new president, Joe Biden in charge of the ship.
The fallout from this idiot is a Supreme Court dolling out laws that have taken away freedom from women, POC, LGBTQ+ community, and even the environment! Dark times are upon us again.

Lithia, FL - United States
Ok, Greg, this just blows me away!!!! You should submit this to more groups and enter it into some contests. This is one of the most dramatic photos I have ever seen!!! v/f
Paulo Guimaraes replied:
Hahaha, old Greg, Ah! Lol Thank you so much. I have had a hard time creating another one so dramatic! I have gotten a little disheartened with the contests here, however, I am working on other online gallery contests, and Brick and Mortar galleries too!

The flag silhouette is very nice, and I like the effects created by the light above and the clouds around it. v/F
Paulo Guimaraes replied:
Thank you, Cyril! That was my intention, to create a moving effect playing with lights and shadow! :):)
Fort Collins, CO - United States
How did you manage to find such a scene to photograph?!! A VERY meaningful composition and THANK YOU for doing it!
Paulo Guimaraes replied:
Haha, thanks David! I went to a favorite spot to shoot, and it was a windy day. Saw the flag waving in the wind, picked a good angle, and there you go! Then I enhanced it at home on my Mac.
Alamogordo, NM - United States
