While hiking through the woods in Maine, you never really know what to expect. My husband and I were hiking somewhere in Southern Maine this winter and came upon this run down, abandoned building. We really didn't know what it was until we came home and looked the area up on a map. That's when we discovered that it was an abandoned Boy Scout Camp. It's in horrible shape and very dangerous, which is why I will not reveal it's location. I would caution anyone who knows where this treasure is located to please not reveal it's location. This is a piece of history and I for one would like to see it again in different weather. Thanks!
