Inspiration driven from a free diving encounter with a fellow turtle. I�ve always been intrigued by the ocean life. Sea turtles are one of the most endangered species in this world, and in Maldives turtle poaching, importation and sales of turtles and turtle products have been banned since 1995. However, the harvesting of turtle eggs from nesting females are still very common. As an ocean lover, this piece of art speaks strongly for the protection of sea life. The colours I�ve used best describes the vastness of the ocean and its creatures. I believe that vivid colours bring life to a painting.
