Description
This second floor bay window is the room in which a drunken Tom Horn confessed to the killing of Willie Nickell in 1902. Tom Horn's so-called confession is above today's Wyoming Home at 210 W. Lincolnway in downtown Cheyenne, Wyoming. The room was the US Marshal's office on January 12, 1902, where Tom Horn made incriminating remarks to Joe LeFors which were used as his confession to the murder of Willie Nickell and led to Horn's conviction and eventual hanging on November 20, 1903.
Ninety years later in 1993, the case was retried in a mock trial in Cheyenne and Horn was acquitted...
Some digital effects were applied to the original image after the photograph was made. No electrons were harmed during the transition. Your finished photograph will not contain the Fine Art America watermark.
