Description
Lily With Visitors is a photo composite of an orange lily with a toad, a beetle, and a caterpillar. It is a digital manipulation using various techniques to create this silly but delightful new entry into a contest sponsored by Only A Fine Day. The lily image was used with permission of Only A Fine Day. Her flower photo is called, Lily - Silly Lily. The animal images are from my own photographs. This contest, with a theme of neurographic art was the inspiration for the colorful border. It was created by taking the lily photograph and altering the edges of the flower and surrounding green leaves to produce a distinctive line image. The effects used in this imaginative piece are exceptional and do present a beautiful work of art. (Contest Winner).
