Description
An early spring?.... It's mid-March, and already the lilacs in my garden, on Blue Mountain in Linden, Virginia, are showing signs of awakening. A close look reveals tiny water droplets adding a bit a sparkle here and there. The brown grasses and the mulched hillside in the background have been given a little "artistic help" to make a pretty textured backdrop for the delicate buds.
