Our grandson goes to the University of Amsterdam, so we took the opportunity to visit him with our family. We have visited various maritime museums in other cities which we tend to find fascinating, but this one room captured my imagination and I had to try to photograph it. The room was filled with various mechanical objects dealing with maritime and they were lit in various unusual iridescent methods which were reflected through the rest of the room. If you look carefully you will see maritime mechanical devices being reflected. I have no idea who the designer was of this museum, but they did a fabulous job!
