people use it and abuse it. i think its on either randomly or they just shut it off. its too easy to spam with it. and then our mail is removed by spam filters later on.

If I split my email list to smaller lists, would that change this?

i think they simply disabled it again. if its off then it off. you'll have to try back later on. they are tweaking the site so maybe it was shut off for that reason.

is that how it works now? you can only get ice if your a paying member of a hotel... type of thing?

Abbie just giving you an update, this feature is still unavailable for me. I'm not sure how often your developer works on the website.

I'm having exactly the same difficulty. This was a big feature for my marketing, so very disappointing. Two days ago I was able to enter a list...very small....and then set up the campaign, but when I pressed the button to initiate the mailing, everything disappeared. I can't even find the button to link to it now.

I am not sure what is going on with the campaigns. I will try and find out
