Need To Connect With A Tech Support

Hello, I can not access to my PIxels site with my email (it sais that I have wrong email, and they can not find my email), I need to connect to tech support, can you give me any advice how to do it?

Are you sure you have entered your email into the administrator (artist) log in and not the buyer log in

Abbie is tech support here. She will probably see this soon or if you look in the black area at the bottom of the page you will see a CONTACT button where you can send a message.

You need to make sure you're in the administrator area. Just double check

I think there would not be this confusion if the log in said “Artist” instead of “Adiministrator” like it does in the main two sites.

This is not the first time I’ve seen people make this mistake.

I seem to remember that the logins were the opposite way round before with buyer login underneath so if you’re logging in on automatic pilot like you have done in the past then you may not notice it has changed.

Dear Gill and Abby thank you so much for your replies, but again it is not me registering as a buyer, I am registering as an administrator.

And now I suppose it has blocked me, as I can not type my password there.

I hope we will find some solution.
