Uni-Q Creations began with artist Audrey Van Tassell, or A Hart, as signed on her artwork. Audrey Hart-Van Tassell is a professional business woman in the medical field who is a self taught artist. Her talent stems from her childhood as her neighbors were artists too. They encouraged her to draw the animal she was most fascinated with, horses. As a teenager Audrey took every opportunity to ride and study the animal she loved most. She was considered a horse whisperer working with troubled and hurt horses. Over time as her love of fine art continued to blossom her creative artwork continued to come alive in her unique creations including pencil renderings, watercolors, acrylic paintings, and her passion for photography. Most recently she has developed her photography into one-of-a-kind beaded artwork.
In addition Audrey does commissions working from photographs. Her most recent works are Cosmo and Lucy, Dreamer, The Grandparents, and You can Lean on Me, Audrey Hart-Van Tassell recently moved to Kirbyville, TX after the recent death of her husband, Nip, of 23 years. Nip was a master craftsman that added flare to Uni-Q Creations with his designs of pens, wine bottle openers, wooden toys, and rocking horses among other things.
