A Signature Member of the Alaska Watercolor Society, I have attended workshops with Teresa Ascone, Pat San Soucie, Don Kolstad, Michael Schlicting, and Carla O'Connor.   My work has appeared in juried shows, won a variety of statewide and local awards, and appeared in many group and solo shows in galleries, hotels and coffeeshops.   I paint in water media, primarily watercolor because I love its spontaneity, though I do paint in acrylic and oils.   Living in Alaska, I am surrounded by majestic scenery.   While it influences my painting, my work varies--from landscapes to still...more
