Sheila Tibbs, who always signs her works as 'Ashlin' has been both a free-lance and staff artist.   She has worked for the Agricultural Research Center of Florida as illustrator for their publications.   She worked as staff artist for 'Stablewear by Jacqui', drawing and painting many breeds of dogs, horses, and big cats, to be reproduced on many products they sold in America and England.   She also worked on the artisan staff that maintained the famous touring 'Whitehouse' scale model owned by John Zweifel of Pinecastle, Florida.   Now working only for herself, Ashlin has two...more
