I am a lifetime lover of insects, amphibians, reptiles, nature and photography.   The small worlds in which these creatures live have intrigued and captivated me since the moment I discovered their existence.   With the help of the macro lens, my biggest love has become the praying mantis, and it has brought my life into focus.   The photographs you will see here are an expression of what inspires my life's work, and how I see the world on a daily basis—literally—as I am also a professional praying mantis breeder, and owner of PanTerra Pets.
