I am a self-taught artist/illistrator living in Alexandria, Virginia--just on the outskirts of Washington, D.C.   I grew up in Asheville, North Carolina in a vibrant community of varied craftspeople and artisans.   I believe art as expression is by its essence a kind of therapy.   I draw to unwind; I draw to become; I draw to be happy.
