Sandy was born in Los Angeles, California and has lived in the Southwestern United States. She is married with two children.
Sandy has taken classes in sculpture, ceramics, Raku pottery, and photography. Through the medium of painting, she is able to express the way
she sees the world in a futuristic, surreal, and colorful way. Her artistic influences are: Salvador Dali, Van Gogh, and Georgia O' Keefe.
She has exhibited her work at the New Mexico Art League, and the Fairfax Art League in Fairfax, Virginia. Sandy's painting 'Separation' was awarded first place in the Fairfax Art League's 'Spotlight On The Arts Show'.
