'I am intrigued and intoxicated by color. My preferred media are watercolor, collage, and assemblage. I am charmed by geometric items and scenes. I like to paint people and places that offer me new challenges. I use bright colors and strong contrast to portray delightful people and still life. My goal is to attract and absorb those who see my art. Although some of my paintings are for sale, I paint chiefly for myself.'
