I, Samantha Modert, am the artist behind Moon Snail Art Studios.   I began drawing when I was very young and had left off drawing until 2014 when I got inspired again by my mother who is an accomplished artist.   Living in Maine is an advantage when there is no lack of subject matter to draw.   I love drawing and I hope to hold on to the love of drawing for a long time!   My logo is a drawing of a moon snail because I have a love for the ocean and everything in it.   Shells are the perfect combination of beauty and structure and I feel that that is the way art should...more
