I was born and raised in central North Carolina and have always enjoyed being within a two hour drive from either the mountains or the coast.   My passion for photography began at a young age when my seventh grade teacher taught my classmates and me how to make a pinhole camera from an oatmeal box.   It was from that moment that I was hooked.   Mostly I enjoy photographing the sun rising and setting over the ocean.   The colors are amazing, and every image captures a new perspective of the horizon.   I also enjoying photographing wildlife and nature, especially...more
