Photography is my art form and it has evolved and become more of a passion since I was first given a box camera for my 14th birthday.   My interest in the botanical world was encouraged by my father, he loved gardening and being the eldest daughter I enjoyed helping him.   My mother used to take her 3 daughters for walks when my father was working during school holidays and her love was in trees and I learned the name of many in my youth in in the countryside of England.   I also enjoyed art as a subject at school and sketched pictures of flowers in vases using pencil, also pen & Indian ink at the...more
