Regina DeVal is first and foremost a Christian with an understanding that 'Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.' (James 1:17) . She was blessed to find that thing late in life that gives her peace and life meaning...She is an artist. Color, emotion, movement, life... With painting and photography, she captures it and makes it stand still for just a moment.
