Hi - I was lucky to grow up in the Pacific Northwest where I developed a passion for the mountains, their wildflowers and wildlife - especially the marmots that live there.   My lab mix, Bud Lite is now 13, but he's hiked well over 12,000 miles of trails with me and is always ready for more.   When we're not hiking, I am a volunteer for PC Search and Rescue and work for a Point of Sale software company.   My hiking boots cost more than my camera - I'm not a professional photographer, but love to take pictures as a record of my journey, usually seeking out less popular trails.   I...more
