Penny was born in the small town of Marshall, Texas and at age four, her family moved to the San Joaquin Valley in California where she grew up in Los Banos.   At age 7 Penny began piano lessons and continued until the age of 12 due to her music teacher did not agree with her creativity in adding her own additional key-notes to music just because it sounded better to her.   Penny always had a camera in her hand and a pen to doodling on her notebooks in school.   She would draw the 'draw and win' characters in magazines and draw characters on the pages of her book, flip the pages and see them as...more
