For as long as I could remember I have always been involved in creating in some form or another. I remember growing up in an environment where creativity was encouraged. My Mom was my biggest influence and inspiration. Photography satisfies my need to create. When I have a concept of an idea of what I want to capture, I can sometimes struggle with what is in my mind and executing the way my mind sees the image. Then there are times when my images take me in a totally different direction, further than anything that I had in mind with great results. However every image I create I consider a work in progress, helping me to improve my craft.
Work is currently being displayed at the Media Art Council (MAC) Gallery in Media, PA on a continuous basis. I'm scheduled for a co-display show in February 2018. If you are local please stop by the Gallery.
Lately I have been drawn to capturing the beauty of ordinary things, drawing attention to subjects that people often overlook but have an emotional connection to. The connection can be within myself or the viewer. I have done my job as an artist if my work stimulates your imagination to create your own story you can relate to or sparks a treasured feeling,
