Pam Hume Now that I have retired from work and my 5 children have all grown up I have started to paint again before it was impossible to do art.   I won art prizes as a teenager and had a large art exhibition of 200 paintings lucky I sold most of the paintings.   I think my mother was glad they sold; she got her spare room back.   I use to paint in oils but my throat became sore from the turps so now I paint in acrylic which is great brushes wash out in the water and paint dry’s quick.   I live in Perth Western Australia and enjoy painting the colors of the outback with the...more
