As an artist I tend to put whatever energy I am possessing into the canvas, without any preconceived notions or major statements of what I will be expressing. I would rather just let my soul speak through me without allowing the 30 something years of filters created to get in the way. What you will find mainly in my paintings will be an expression of joy, frustration, triumph, serenity and all the other universal feelings but often in a very understated tone.
I am originally from Honduras but have lived out a big part of my childhood in Texas. Any formal art training really began in high school and progressed into college with art, drawing, photography, video and audio classes. There are many things that define who I am as an artist but I'd rather let the work speak for itself. In 2013, I hope to dedicate more time to my passions: painting, video producing and graphic design.
