Orla Cahill is an Irish artist and designer living in County Kildare, IRELAND.
Her paintings consist of works in various media such as: oils, acrylics, gouache, watercolours and pastels. She also has a number of drawings in pencil and charcoal. Orla's background is primarily in Textile Design and she worked as a designer in the industry for many years since graduating from Textile Design at the GMIT (Galway/Mayo Institute of Technology) but since then has received a BSc (Hons.) degree from Dublin City University (DCU) as well as an MSc (Hons.) degree in Business Management (Electronic Commerce) also from DCU. Orla has recently expanded her portfolio to include digital art piece as well as photography.
