Melanie is a full-time mother of three kids, a part-time bookkeeper, and a part-time artist.   She has a theatre degree from Northwestern University, but she gave up professional acting to have children.   In order to continue her creative life, she turned to painting and photography.   Melanie is greatly inspired by the fleeting beauty of nature, and she tries to capture beautiful moments of nature’s color and form in her work.   She’s addicted to art supplies and loves experimenting with new mediums whenever she can.   She also enjoys gardening, nature...more
