I was born and raised in a small town in the picturesque mountains of Idaho. Growing up I spent all of my time outdoors, either whitewater rafting and hiking in the summertime or downhill skiing and ice skating on the beautiful lake in my hometown in the winter time. My family also travelled a lot, taking road trips all around the United States to many national parks and monuments. I fell in love with the outdoors and traveling at a very young age. When I was about 8 years old, I found some old beat up camera (I can't even remember the brand) that somebody had left behind on a hiking trail. Lucky for me, the camera was operational. I went to the store and bought some film (no digital cameras back then) and the rest is history. I fell in love with photography and grew a passion for capturing the beauty of my surroundings and sharing it with others.
I now reside in Hawaii on the island of Oahu and feel so blessed to live in yet another breathtakingly beautiful place. From sunsets to beaches to sea life to waterfalls, I can always find something amazing to shoot here. When I'm not in Hawaii, I'm visiting family in Idaho or traveling to a new place... but always with my camera in hand!
